if alliance end up with control over the marketing and selling of the uranium then there is a good reason now for alliance to hold onto this asset not to mention what it would be worth to some other party. i think you know this already because this has been posted here on this forum 20 thousand times already. lmao
also from a how this dispute maybe viewed by a judge it's worth noting that alliance has displayed what could be argued to be what is a certain amount of goodwill by appointing quasar as the agent in the first place. it may end up that the alliance goodwill may be perceived to have been taken advantage of by quasar which is not a good look for the defendant.
