The problem I have with your last paragraph and I touched on this in another post as too complicated and I couldn't word it properly also but how does the granting of the 100% Management of Four Mile fit in with the Marketing and Sales Agreement. I believe there would be some overlap ie The Manager of Four Mile may have some bearing on who is/was appointed Sales and Marketing Agent?

Did AGS have any or little input, if so, AGS's goodwill as you put it would be negated. imo

I still don't know if posters can see what I'm getting at but I believe there is a relationship between the Management of FM and the appointment of Sales and Marketing Agent.
As far as Management goes AGS had zero input. imo

Just throwing things out there as the BBros are seemly controlling every move atm.
