legal - not a bad decision imo

Hi All,
Firslty they were guilty from what I read the Judge just decided that what they agreed with the ASX after they got caught by OBL was the sufficient penalty.
I ask was it and agree with some that the system is a joke, just do as you wish and pay no fine. I could imagine a different story if it was a top 200 ASX company and the media was watching - the watchdog would have acted harsher in the first place.
Well done to OBL for not letting go we have been wronged which is evident.
The suggestion that BAS will seek costs, what a joke, they did not win they just did not get addittional penalty from what I am reading.

If we had management that just let these things happen we should jump ship but as we don't think twice before you do IMO.

Short term pain for long term gain here and will always be a bumpy ride.
