I have no doubt that the institutions still holding stock on the record date in April will pay the second installment,albiet somewhat reluctantly, as they would have already budgeted for such. It is the small investors and traders who will suffer,as usual. A couple of guys on the 7.30 Report last week were in this position, one had 5 million shares and no way of paying $10mill for the rest and another with 2 million who was blissfully unaware of further payments due.
