prudence, are you suggesting that investors should not perceive the statement made to the ASX announcement as "facts".
Are you suggesting that we perceive them as "lies", then ? Hmm. You might be onto something there !
Here's a few of the "lies" published through ASX in relation to BCSCA:
26 August, less than three months ago:
"Importantly, our security price does not impact project funding..... Specifically, your investment in Brisconnections offers: tax-defered distributions of 15.7c per security supported by cash reserves and growing to 24c during the fixed distribution period supported by an underwritten distribution reinvestment plan..."
Signed Trevor Rowe.
3 September:
The Directors of Brisconnections management company confirm that they intend to declare the first fixed distribution of 5.95 cents per security on 19 December payable February 2009".
Signed Tamara Herbst
8 September
"BrisConnections Management Company.... is not aware of any that has not been announced, which, if known, could be an explanation for recent trading in the securities of the trusts".
"The Board of BrisConnections intends to declare the first fixed distribution of 5.95c on 19 December"
Signed Tamara Herbst
Yes, Prudence, I can see now why you would think that anyone who believed that statements published through ASX had any factual truth to them, is not too smart.
But that still doesn't explain the entirely non-factual basis of your own un-substantiated assertions.
