Send the 200$ it's going to take and get this looked at properly. To not do so is absolutely foolish.
From the little I have personally looked in to it, the CA would seem to cover the field here - I think s.588 operates. But that means nothing because I just posted it on a website, who knows what vested interests I might have behind my advice.
The only way you will get advice in YOUR best interest is hiring a lawyer to look at it.
