I dont think there is a liability on the call until the call is made. The call will be made in April. No liability until April. It is possible the call may never be made. No liability till April. I've tried a few time to get this across but people are not getting it. Read the prospectus and transaction documents. There is no liability until April. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to spook you into hanging on to these thing so that you will duped into coughing up. THERE IS NOT LIABILITY UNTIL THE CALL IS MADE - IN APRIL - AND IT CANNOT BE BROUGHT FORWARD. Trevor Rowe is trying to scare you into paying.
