Legal and FAR exit the JV no need for any development finance. (The terms of the deal have probably already been agreed and subject to the PE result)
Illegal and FAR call on their financial backer to PE COP’s 35% and we de-risk the journey to first oil.
Either way FAR will have realised best value for there asset.
Time to consolidate or move on. AIMHO.
