legal problem and pfs

Just finished speaking to Arran.

Said there will be an announcement out tomorrow to clarify the legal issue (or so they hope).

He said he thinks it will address all the issues i had which were as discussed in here.

He did say that they haven't actually been served any papers & its oportunistic as previously stated.

They are basically trying to jostle for position with each other before the business takes off.

He said that its in D&C groups best interests that they work together because without SRK there is no profits for D&C to receive or benefit from.

He said that it could go to arbitration or court which could take 6-9 months if D&C wish to press the issue.

He says it's very oportunistic & he agreed they had used the PFS timing as a bit of leverage.

So hopefully the announcment is clear & decisive & SP goes up tomorrow.

PFS

He said that the paper work is now in Santiago & is being evaluated. He said that it wouldn't come out until end of June or Early July (Surprise Surprise).

Resource upgrade he said there would be some updates in the PFS. He referred to the 172 JORC but wasn't clear to what extent.

As for the article in Pay dirt that referred to an increase of up to 600 million tonnes combined by Sept 08. He said they were on track to meet it but that they would not have it by Sept. It would take longer (As usual).

He said the next 18 months would contain lots of updates.

Said the fundamentals are fine.

Sale - He did say that its still on the back table with the offer valueing SRK at over $4 per share before tax but he said management not to interested in it.

I said would they be keen on being a JV partner or financial backer. He said no thinks they are more of a type of company who want 100% or nothing. Not excluding the posibilty but unlikely.

They will call as two companies i emailed today called me today, but they wont return emails because they don't want anything on paper (fair enough to - can't blame them).
