    Essentially superb summit would gain control of stone but it also appears that they would get 100% interest in stone's holding in CRE (CGL - crescent gold limited). Essentially negotiation with superb summit is what is needed, not negotiation with stone. I think once this deal gets approval we will see some action with CRE.
