    Option 1. I think is out of the question. They haven't been able to work together so far and I can't see that changing in the future.

    Option 2. same as above and the courts would also know the JV is unworkable. I don't think J White would want to see them back in court in a years time fighting over the next issue.

    Option 3. possible and the cost wouldn't really be an issue considering H/Q have "friends" in high places. Would the US gov really want to lose a large uranium deposit in a US friendly country?

    Option 4. I'm now thinking is the most likely. Would solve many problems and give Q/H a clean break to concentrate on their major interests and problems at home. Also would free up capital for the Gandel family's expansion plans. If you read The Australian today you'll see where their future plans are.

    Just my opinion, but I think I'm right. Guess we'll find out soon.
