I'm the opposite to you in that I still believe it is ongoing (M&D C).Always have.
Its important to get the NTMA registered first, once the NTMA Matter is out of the way. It THEN allows for the M&D C Matter to be dealt with and imo the sooner the better.
If Q/H want to go down to the wire(bluff? or hardball?) with the M&D C matter then so be it but imo there can be no production until its sorted(M&D C).
They can proceed to Mine-startup once the NTMA is registered but after that it comes to a halt. Court induced by AGS if need be.imo. Comes a time when AGS will put the foot down and end it. Assuming their position of strength!!
Still a way to go but hopefully we get something positive with the next announcement re state of all affairs and that is not, a "running commentary" from Management imo
