Hmmm, could be that I'm confused about the differene between a NTMA being filed or registered. However, it does say on AGS's legal update that the NTMA was "terminated", indicating that it was accepted at some point (ie. before AGS lauched a challenge). Anyway, I'm just making the point that there's no way a NTMA filed in joint names precludes AGS continuing with the M&DC case. If the court awarded AGS 100% then the NTMA would just be amended or resubmitted.
