Q/H were taking action against the South Australian registra for not accepting their application. A mining permit would never been issued until the NTMA was registered. Obviously AGS had to be included on the application for it to be passed.

I've always thought as soon as they went to mediation it would have had to cover the M&D conduct case or else there was no point to the mediation. Why bother if AGS could take the whole thing off them with the next case? It took so long for a reason.
