the big question is that if the bb were going to offer a takeover,why have they not made an offer by now this would cease the court case in it tracks,and take the speculation away,
if u look at igandel holdings in alk and ors both of which will be producing,why would he not want to have ags producing also but with a higher percentage of ownership say ags 51%and bb 49%,and the big question, is this the reason for the mediation taking so long to settle,as always time will tell.
