So, H/Q have until tomorrow to respond to the State of Claims made by AGS.
Could we have some miracle overnight that sees H/Q agreeing to the claims, therefore, Tuesday's directions hearing will be going down a different path? I know, it's highly doubtful, but there's no harm in having hope!
