Does anyone know whether the 8 trial includes the judge handing down his determination?
Not sure if we get a result within the 8 weeks or whether he goes away to think about it for a while and then comes back with the answer.
Guessing we'll be in for a few more of these teaser trading halts. Thus, I'd rather the pain finish at the end of the trial and not some indeterminable period afterwards.
