Tyler.... Took you a while to put the boot in, but surely you wouldn't let us down,
The matter should run the full 8 weeks as the judge has already viewed and reviewed the evidence to date,
Further when SMM were asked to issue their "New" evidence and so called landowner I am hearing it was laughable at best.
With no new evidence and their only landowner jumping ship and joining axiom KB, there isn't really much to argue about.
They may be able to argue the whole process was stuffed up (possibly) but they can not in any way fault axiom for Both it's mining and prospecting license.
This should be between SMM and SI gov.
We also have the judge acknowledge that the true landowners are the ones in Axiom KB,
Those who have done their homework will know what the judge said to the so called "new" owner who was rejected.
We also have a court notice to extend our prospecting license. Meaning we can drill the day after we win.
I don't know mate....
U c it 1 way.... I c it another
