    I am holding and have been a bit out of the loop but have read the last few weeks posts here in relation to the BPT - Vic/P46 matter in addition to the company releases.

    Should EPR management believe they have a case, would it not be possible for listed mob IMF to pursue Beach? Providing the claim is in excess of $2M it is fully funded ( I believe) and a success fee payable...could be a good way of forcing BPT's hand / getting them to then table?

    Any thoughts?
