Three to five Judges listen and decide on all cases of the Supreme Court of Appeal. The final decision of this court is the one supported by the majority of the judges listening to the case.
The Constitutional Court is the highest court in South Africa. It has the final say on all matters relating to the Constitution of South Africa. Its decisions on the constitution are binding on all other courts. There are eleven judges who stand guard over the Constitution and protect everyone's rights.
