Empire Resources Limited has been named as a defendant in a writ issued in the District Court of Western Australia by Johannes Stig ("Steve") Norregaard. The writ claims the amount of $40,000 plus an undefined profit claim and an amount of damages and costs which arises from the termination of arrangements between the Company and Mr Norregaard. The Company believes that the claims are entirely without merit and will be vigorously defended.
