Does anyone have info about the legality of disclosing market sensitive info at the Roadshow (i.e. regarding revenue amounts)? Words something along lines of "revenue this half will be twice as much as any half in Carnegie's history".
If we believed it (which some did), are we not trading on inside information?
If it was a lie (while not a lie, it was definitely a half-truth i.e. yes $10M for the half but we'll write down assets by $35M AND we'll sell that revenue-generating component without YOUR CONSENT), is it not providing false information?
MO has got to GO! He's a fraud, one of those people that will straight out tell a lie to your face.
