Never let the facts get in the way of a pro NTM post aye?

Yes there are words to the songs that accompany the song lines. They are used to ensure the reincarnation of Anindilyakwan people that die. Especially here on Groote with BHP’s operation. And those exclusion zones operate under the Mining Act and Sacred Sites Legislation. When NTM was GOT they knew about them too, and their significance. They were told about them when they met with the TO’s, somehow they just forgot to tell their share holders and would be investors who were parting with their cash. They’ve hardly been up front with their SH’s about the obstacles they were up against have they.

And Maso 1 NTM haven’t been given the green light. Their MMP for the mapping has not been approved, its still going through due process. NTM aren’t the only party with access to due process or legal rights. The TO’s also have access to those things too. If you re-read NTM’s ASX announcement you will understand that it is not a determination as to Heritage Listing that is under consideration. It is consideration of an Emergency Listing, which, if it goes through would mean that the TO’s have 12 months, under the legislation, to present their case for a permanent listing. Get your facts right rather than wishing things were the way you believe they should be.

The judgement of anybody who invested in NTM after November 2010 when the SP was running at around 77 cents needs to be seriously considered as more than flawed. It was precisely then that the cultural and environmental hurdles that NTM needed to confront were gaining national media exposure. The smart money got out then and some people made an absolute killing. Anybody who bought in then has only themselves to blame, not the TO’s.

And Edstar NTM are proceeding per the legislation and due process. And the issue is being brought to a head. The delays have been caused by NTM counting their chickens before they’re hatched and the TO’s exercising their own legal rights.

The TO’s have been very public in stating that they will fight this at every step of the way. You’ve had access to that information for over a year. It’s been in the media and Yilyanga posted about it for months right here on HC. That you chose to ignore both parties is your problem, not theirs.
