Beside the cultural value what about the environment, coral, fish etc.. we have 4 of the worlds turtles breeding and living in these waters as well as dugong etc... Not everyone and everything is about money - to some people their culture and the environment is worth a lot more. The aboriginal people of groote had no say about GEMCO the missionaries signed it all up - they never would have.
