Sure education gives opportunity to people to get out of poverty (the cycle) ; there is no need to talk top down here; Really - no point;
i am talking about unprecedently high NUMBER of YEARS new entrants have to work Vs what it took for entrants 10-20 years ago;
If you look at facts:
1. Personnal febts grew 3 forlds in the past 15 years or 2 folds in the past 5-6 years;
2. Ability to borrow cheap that much pushed prices 2.5-3 times.
What we do not think about is that how are we going to pay it over the next 25-30 years;
Yes; i am talking about educated people who now have to work for 30 years to buy houses in shonky areas;
