Why would Heathcote bother settle or even negotiate when they've won every court battle hands down with us poor suckers paying the costs.
Just accept the inevitable that we have 25% which is probably unfair but let's move on and avoid buying a new Merc for our lawyers and their lawyers every few months.
25% is still worth a lot more that 15c a share.
