6. The applicant file any amended replies by no later than 1 August 2013.
7. Supplementary discovery be made as follows: a) by no later than 18 July 2013 the applicant is by written notice to the respondents to nominate any categories of further discovery arising out of the amended pleadings;
b) by no later than 25 July 2013 the respondents are by written notice to the applicant to nominate any additional categories of further discovery arising out of the amended pleadings;
c) by no later than 2 August 2013 any recipient of a notice is to identify any categories which are disputed;
d) the parties have liberty to apply by no later than 9 August 2013 in respect of any categories in respect of which agreement has not been reached;
e) the parties are to make supplementary discovery in respect of agreed categories by no later than 29 August 2013.
8. The applicant notify the respondents of the nature of the expert evidence that it intends to adduce and the field of expertise of any such expert(s) by 5 September 2013.
