going on past experiences, remembering that MEO and farm in partner are on different continents, any slight change would require paperwork to be drawn up again, not a case of crossing this clause out and adding that one in. contract can only be signed, not adjusted.

sure other people out there would have more knowledge on this, just my understanding on binding agreements.
