I don't think it will cause an immediate reaction but is awesome publicity, will catalyse a domino effect across other states and definitely add to upward pressure. I think a contained response this week but a bigger run when the gate opens, as a result of this publicity and derisking.
I don't think anyone seriously thinks this might fail anymore, or for several weeks. I think sellers have been disappointed or think it might take too long for their personal circumstances, but doubt anyone actually sees this going belly up.
