I agree Artseck, there is no doubt this is a very positive outcome for SH's, by removing the legal headache (consuming time, attention & money) and even more so the material contingent liability that has clouded ZEO over the past 6-9 months. IMO the board must be commended on how they've navigated a challenging situation (legal stoushes rarely end will, especially those in a the public areana). This outcome has halved the amount of shares that would have been issued if a scoping study would have been completed at the time & still enables SH’s the opportunity to make the decision on the way forward. Its also good to see that the litigants have accepted a pathway forward that indicates they acknowledge the value ZEO presents.

Bring on the general meeting pass the resolution and let ZEO’s board focus on getting on with creating SH value
