I think you might be onto something Chartrader, my view is aligned to yours on ZEO's big picture potential being climate & cicular tech they are developing with partners of calibre of Cleanaway & Covalent (WES/SQM JV). Although, its interesting ZEO new website is clearly telegraphing metakaolin - which is going to be a pretty big decarbonisation play for the cement industry and ZEO has a second to none kaolin footprint in QLD with Toondoon/Abercorn Projects, ripe for nearer term revenue (no complex plant required) my understanding is capex for metakaolin production is pretty light in the scheme of things ie all you need is a large-scale rotary kiln.

FromZEO’s website "The cement and concrete industry represents circa 8% of global emissions and studies have shown metakaolin can enable the associated CO2 emissions of producing concrete to be reduced by up to 40%."

So I'm thinking metakaolin, could be a big part for future revenues and landing sooner than more complex, yet exciting zeolite production.

As you say Abercorn does have a logistics advantage especially to Gladstone, which is the heart of QLD cement industry, so maybe (just maybe) this brings the massive kaolin resource at Abercorn into play. Whatever the case ZEO is well positioned to meet QLD’s metakaolin appetite, that’s for sure.
