Oh my God! I agree with KK on something!

We are effectively unchaired at the moment. Yes, technically we have a Chair but I never understood the appointment of a relatively inexperienced person to the role of Director when Vern Tidy was initially appointed. Don't understand why he is there as Chair now. Maybe this is another instance of little AVB growing up and getting a higher level of experience on the board now becoming a priority? As far as I can ascertain, Vern Tidy holds little in the way of other directorships and doesn't have as much experience as I would like to see. I fail to see the value add.

A strong Chair with industry wide connections would be rather helpful about now!
