I questioned one, on this person and their representation and alignment with avanco. A little dubious myself, but that is typical of me as I'm sure you appreciate. This sort of extenuated from the Trinidad kerfuffle. The ones entity has certainly made a killing over time.
Certainly not a great investment appetiser (hope) but as Phil notes this is the risky end of town and corruption is prolific regardless of one's ability.
So in this sense I side with mongy in regards to a clean re-application/ studies, however we have trodden this path too far to deviate.
