base metals that it is benign to humans. The massive and fundamental growth in tin consumption of
the past 4 years has been one of environmentally driven demand.
It is a major part of the modern-day environmental push of waste electrical recycling, the elimination
of toxic metals from landfills and the reduction of metal impacts on human kind and environment. Tin
because of its unique properties is the cornerstone of the lead-replacement industry, especially in the
