Yes it certainly fills in some of the blanks. I also find it intersting that our partners in MRC didn't get a mention in either the District or Supreme Courts despite the fact that they have been at the core of the ArTiMist story and at times appear to have been particularly obstructive.
Methinks that perhaps it is now time to move forward and focus on the bright future that is beckoning and codemn the past to history.
Having said that I would still like to see the manufacturing rights to ArTiMist restored to SUD/MRC.
