the love affair Russia and China have has been going for some time since China is building 150 reactors in the next 15 years Russia has the buyer !!
only the silly US who wanted cheap supply coming from Russian origins and let there domestic industry collapse are now left high and dry only ASAP to increase there domestic !!!
