There is a strong chance you are right.
Many politicians think the super money is the government's and act that way. While they won't take it directly they may use reguations as a 'fairness measure'.
They will probably take it off those who saved for their own retirement and give it to those who pissed their money down the drain.
The only certainty is politicians and public servants won't be affected.
