I do not believe Lehman Bros paid $1.01/share just recently for a 20% return. They are looking for multiples of this in the medium term - as am I.
Incidentally, whatever account they are using, it is Lehman Bros MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA that have initiated the buying decisions. A very good sign that a local institution took an interest, liked what they saw and loaded up.
