lehman buys major stake stock halted

I thought it was rather odd that ERN stock was halted so that ERN directors could have time to write us a nice letter about their efforts in Namibia. At the same time Lehman Bros made a "run" at the company and collected just under 8% of ERN issued shares.

So what was the real reason for the halt? ERN anomalies are huge and IMHO the predators are circling....
