Yes. And the uranium required for that is highly enriched. It needs a huge amount of yellowcake to produce 1kg of HEU. I haven't checked the precise proportions (I imagine it would take significant - and for me pointless - research to find the precise proportion. Not the sort of thing that's publicised too widely.) But the Bloomberg headline "Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is sitting on enough uranium cake to make a nuclear bomb..." is plausible.
