The pressure applied to not go to trial, only to have a Federal Court Judge toss the defamation action out the window. It will come down to the Judges reasoning for his decision whatever that will be. Either he sees enough evidence albeit circumstantial that sex would have likely taken place, or he see's no connection between ch10 defaming him, or both.
