What does it change about the now discredited Higgins and in particular the proven incorrect statutory declaration about a bruise on the thigh Ten used in going ahead to air Higgins claims?

Both Higgins and Lehrmann were successfully shown to be making claims which were false or didn't make sense.

So what are Tens legal team trying to leverage from this? Did they catch wind they were about to lose?
