No informed consent equates to rape in the law.
Same as "too drunk to consent". The woman has to give clear and informed consent. And not to withdraw consent during the act. Men have gone to jail (Kevin Ibbs) because consent was withdrawn after having first given consent. Same as removing a condom.........consent was given on the condition condom was worn. Take it off and consent is no longer full consent.
