    You are wrong there, as I have explained above.

    You are also wrong about Lehrmann taking Higgins dress off. I challenge you to take a dress (and underclothes) off an 80kg "log" without damaging it?

    Besides, no one has ever claimed that Lehrmann took her clothes off. .

    The issue of how and why Higgins became naked implies consent, because that is not something you normally do at the office unless you are intent on having sex.

    Its as simple as that, and therefore the judge is wrong.
