I'll be surprised if there is an appeal either.
Costs have to be determined and awarded.
An appeal would require more money put up in trust before proceeding.
I can't see Lehrmann having the money to continue, even if his lawyers went pro bono you have to potentially cover the other sides costs.
I think this part of the saga is now over.
Is the Reynolds vs Higgins/Sharaz defamation trial the next cab off the rank?
That's going to be a very interesting case imo.
