    Yes, and she was smiling at the security guards and she did not seem drunk or like a "log" to them.

    The judge also said: "Having escaped the lion’s den, Mr Lehrmann made the mistake of coming back for his hat,”

    This improper and irrelevant remark by the judge implies that the judge has always believed that Lehrmann "escaped" the first time (guilty) and won't escape this time.

    This implies the judge had a bias toward guilt prior to the trial - when all judges are required to maintain an unbiased mind and go only by the evidence presented at the trial.

    Clearly, the judge's own documented findings show that the judge is biased and has made flawed illogical findings that are not supported by the evidence.
