Interesting to see if we do have an appeal in this instance. No doubt Lehrmann would like to throw one in, but does he have to cover the legal costs of Wilkinson and channel 10 before he gets a second bite of the cherry? Or are they expected to cover the multi million dollar legal costs they've already incurred, then run up millions of dollars of additional bills, only for Lehrmann at the end of it to say: I'm unemployed with no prospects and can't contribute anything to the $15 million in legal bills you've rung up on the back of my multiple failed lawsuits? At some point the defendants in this suit needs to be protected against vexatious litigation.
