he made the comment after he had drawn his conclusions. Sure it would have been improper to say that straight after the trial before he had sifted through everything or before the trial. But he didn’t.
Read the very long summation in total. It’s thorough. Sure he had to draw conclusions but to me he has had to sift through a lot of material and conflicting evidence. In the end I’d suggest that lehrmann sort of cooked his own goose
