IF out of all the men who have reason enough to distrust their partner and go to the trouble/expense of a paternity test ONLY 30% are shown to be not the father, THEN that implies women in general are significantly MORE trustworthy than men in general think they are.
If women were as untrustworthy or more untrustworthy than men thought, then that 30% figure would be MUCH higher.
