    read the judgment- all the pages of it. It helps to understand what thought processes he went through, what he considered, how he analysed what was in front of him and the case law he referred to

    it’s always so much more sensible to read that level of detail first. You can always think he is a dill or missed something but really not until you’ve laboured the same way.

    the challenge you would have is to remain impartial

    i think he did as good a job as you could hope for
